Insulating gloves with a Class 1 rating are produced in a thickness of 1.5mm (+0.6mm/-0mm), and have resistance to acid, ozone and very low temperatures (categorized as AZC) - for further information on testing procedures, please contact us. All electricians gloves in Class 1, including those held in storage, must be electrically re-tested within a maximum of 6 months from their previous test - for further details on our re-testing service, please contact us.
Our insulating gloves are manufactured from 100% latex, are anatomically shaped for comfort and are yellow in colour. Each pair of gloves is marked with the following information: the IEC triangular symbol; IEC and EN Standard codes with which they comply; class, category and size of gloves; manufacturer's name; month and year of production;batch number; identification reference of the orgnaisation responsible for monitoring the manufacturer's quality system; areas for recording first use and subsequent inspection dates.
