Class 2 of our electricians gloves offer protection to a maximum operating voltage of 17,000V and are tested to 20,000V. This particular class is available in a 36cm and 41cm length; to view the alternative length please see here.
Insulating gloves in Class 2 have a wall thickness of 2.3mm (+0.6mm/-0mm) and offer resistance to acid, ozone, oil and very low temperatures (categorization RC); for additional information on testing procedures, please contact us. Your electrical safety gloves, including any held in storage, should be electrically re-tested within a maxmum period of 6 months from their previous test; for further detail on our re-testing service, please contact us.
Our electricians gauntlets are produced from 100% latex, are yellow with a smooth finish (internal and external), and are anatomically shaped. Each pair of gloves is branded with the following detail: the IEC symbol (demonstrating suitability for live working); the IEC and EN Standard references; class, category and size of glove; name of manufacturer; btch number, month and year of production; reference number of the accredited body monitoring the quality systems of the manufacturer; areas for marking first use and dates of inspection.
