Electricians gloves in Class 2 offer protection to a maximum working voltage of 17,000V and are tested to 20,000V. They are available in lengths of both 36cm and 41cm; to see the 36cm option, please click here.
Class 2 electrical safety gloves are produced in a thickness of 2.3mm (+0.6mm/-0mm), and they have properties providing resistance to acid, ozone, oil and very low temperatures (categorized as RC) - for further information on test parameters, please contact us. Your insulating gloves, including any you hold in storage, should be electrically re-tested within a maximum of 6 months from their previous test - for information on our re-testing service, please contact us.
Our electricians gloves are manufactured from 100% latex with a smooth finish and are yellow in colour. Every pair of gloves are marked with the following information: IEC triangular symbol (signifying suitability for live working); IEC and EN Standard references; category, class and size of the gloves; manufacturer's name and batch number; date of manufacture (month and year); reference number of accredited body responsible for monitoring manufacturer's quality systems; areas for recording first use and dates of each inspection.
