This Electrical Switchboard Matting option is 6mm in thickness and is tested to 11,000V. This 6mm thick mat has a working voltage of 450V and is available in 3 different widths, all available from us; you have selected 1000mm wide. All electrical safety matting will be supplied with a certificate of conformity.

All matting from www.electrical-matting.com is made from a high quality black natural rubber. The face of the mat is ribbed and is therefore slip resistant, as well as assisting in the prevention of operator fatigue, supporting both health and safety requirements, as well as ensuring the comfort of your staff.

We supply electrical switchboard matting into a wide variety of industries, ensuring the safety of machine operators, maintenance staff and contractors. Our rolls of electrical matting can be used as they are in larger areas or across workbenches, or cut to size to form individual mats using a sharp knife.  All mats being used for the purpose of shock prevention should not be cut any smaller than 900mm x 900mm. 

In order to provide electrical insulation, electrical safety matting is manufactured to a specific thickness, and has therefore to be of a particular weight.  This means that any mat over 2-3m in length will have to be palletised; if you believe you may need further quantities of switchboard matting in the future, it may be more cost-effective for you to buy a larger quantity to be delivered in one shipment.
